The candidates should have done M.Sc in Agriculture or B.Sc in Agriculture with MBA (02 years duration) in Marketing Management.
Assistant Manager (Marketing):
The candidates should have done M.Sc in Agriculture or B.Sc in Agriculture with MBA (02 years duration) in Marketing Management.
Assistant Manager (Legal):
The candidates should be Graduated in any discipline and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) or 05 years integrated LLB Degree (Professional). Preference will be given to candidates having a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM).

Officer (Marketing):
The candidates should have 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in-line with the Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds, and Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private Sector.
Assistant Manager (Marketing):
The candidates should have 05 years of post-qualification executive experience in-line with the Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds, and Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private Sector.
Assistant Manager (Legal):
The candidates should have 05 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in Public Sector/ Large Private Sector Companies or as an Advocate in a reputed Law Firm/ Bar/ District or Higher Courts in handling litigations Independently pertaining to factory/labor legislations/ civil laws, land, revenue, estate matters, and contract agreement, etc.
