Defence Civilian Recruitment 2023: Defence Civilian Recruitment Board, under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for the post of Multi Tasking Staff (Gardner) and Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) on group ‘C’ defence civilian posts at various establishments of HQ Rtg Zone (MP & CG). As described in the Defence Civilian Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are now two (2) available vacancies (OBC cat-01 and UR/Gen cat-01). Applicants interested in this position should be between the ages of 18 and 25, with the government officer receiving an age relaxation of up to 35 years for Multi Tasking Staff (Gardner) and up to 40 years for Civilian Motor Drivers (Ordinary Grade). Candidates having a Matriculation pass or equivalent certificate from a recognized Board or University will be eligible to apply for the current openings.

The application form, completely filled in all respects, along with all relevant papers, duly self-attested, should be sent by Speed Post/ Registered Post to The Presiding Officer, Civilian Direct Recruitment (Scrutiny of Application) Board, Headquarters Recruiting Zone (MP & CG) Jabalpur (MP)- 482001 within 28 days of the date of publication of this advertisement. The selected applicant would be handed an appointment letter by the relevant authorities, subject to verification of character and antecedents by the relevant Civil Authority and medical fitness by the relevant medical authority. The Central Government civilian employees must provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer/office or their nomination will be denied. The SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved positions will not be eligible for any age, experience, or other considerations.

As described in the Defence Civilian Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have the following experience and qualifications.
For Multi-Tasking Staff (Gardner)
Candidates should have a Matriculation pass or equivalent certificate from a recognized Board or University. He or she must be familiar with the tasks of the appropriate trade and have at least one year of experience in the trade.
For Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)
Candidates should have Matriculation or an equivalent credential from a recognized Board or University. Applicants must have a Civilian Driving License for heavy-duty trucks and two years of driving experience.
