Overview:

Goodyear is hiring an experienced Asst. Manager – Import Export at their Aurangabad location. You will be responsible for complete Import and Export clearance operations for Sea and Air Shipments.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Should have Sound knowledge of Import / Export Clearance process

Knowledge of customs rules / tariff / Duty Structure on Various RM and Capital goods.

Knowledge of various customs schemes for import / Export benefit

Pre & Post Shipment Documentation

Custom Duty Payment / Calculation Methods

Coordination with CHA for on Time shipment Clearance

CHA Advance processing & Reconciliation / Billing

CHA and Transporters KPI Monitoring

Inland Transportation: On time trucks placement, Bill Approval & Processing, PO Review.

Vendor Payment & GST Claim’s (BOE / Import -Export Document Submission to Finance)

Pre & Post Shipment Documentation.

Co-ordination with all stake holders for any requirement regarding the Customs, GST, etc.

Arranging all the necessary documentation based on the nature of shipment.

MIS reporting

RM In transit Tracking / Daily MIS / CHA and Transport KPI monitoring
