• A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the first schedule, second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfil Subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree (DM/DNB or equivalent) in the concerned super speciality.
• The candidate should have five years of experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining a post-graduate degree in the concerned super-speciality.

For Specialist Sr.:

• A recognized medical qualification is included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The candidate should have a post-graduate degree in the concerned speciality.
• The candidate should have Five years experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first PG Degree.
• In the Case of holders of D.M/M.Ch qualification of five years’ duration, the period of PG residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch shall be counted towards the requirement of five years’ experience.

For Super Specialist (Entry Level) (Full Time)/ Junior Consultant:

• A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfil Subsection (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The candidate should have Post Graduate Degree (DM/DNB or equivalent) in the concerned super speciality.
• The candidate should have Two years of experience in the concerned super specialty after obtaining Post graduate degree in the concerned super speciality.

Remuneration for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

The selected applicants for ESIC Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 67700 to Rs. 240000.

In addition to the above, the Medical Officer at s.no.3 & 4 will be entitled to transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rules. DA & DA on transport allowance will be revised from time to time as per rules.

For Specialist Jr./Specialist Sr./ Super Specialist (Entry Level)/Super Specialist (Sr. Level) (Full Time)/ Teaching Faculty :

• The engagement of contractual will be initially for 01 year extendable every year up to three years with a gap of One day based on satisfactory performance and conduct subject to the requirement or until joining of regular incumbent or up to the attainment of 70years of age of Specialist Jr./Specialist Sr./Teaching faculty and 75 years of Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant, whichever is earlier.

For Senior Resident:

• The engagement contractual will be initially for 01 (One) year extendable every year up to three years with a gap of One day based on satisfactory performance and conduct subject to requirement or until the joining of regular incumbent, whichever is earlier.
• Candidates who have worked as a Senior Resident under 3 years Central Residency Scheme for 3 years are not eligible to apply for the post of Senior Resident. Senior Residents who are already working in any Government Institution shall apply through the proper channels. The total service period, however, should not exceed the maximum period of 3 years.
• Senior Resident is a tenure post. Individuals with previous experience at Central or State Government institutions will be reduced from the tenure based on the duration of their previous service as per the Senior Residency Scheme.
