Technical Assistant

• Candidates must have a diploma in mechanical engineering or technology of at least 3 years full-time duration with a minimum of 60% marks and experience of 2 years.

• Candidates must have a diploma in Electronics Engineering, or EEE, of at least 3 years full-time duration with a minimum of 60% marks and experience of 2 years.

Post Code: ESD-1

• Candidates should have a diploma in civil engineering of at least 3 years full-time duration with a minimum of 60% marks and experience of 2 years.

Post Code: CHEM-1

• Candidates should have a diploma in chemical engineering or technology of at least 3 years full-time duration with a minimum of 60% marks and 2 years of experience.

• Candidates should have a B.Sc. or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks having chemistry as one of the subjects and experience of 01 year.

• Candidates should have a B.Sc. or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks having microbiology or biotechnology as one of the subjects and experience of 1 year.

Age Limit for CSIR Recruitment in 2023:

In accordance with the official notification for CSIR Recruitment 2023, the maximum age of the candidate should not be 28 years old. Age and experience will be reckoned on the last date of receipt of the online application, which is November 9, 2023. Age relaxation is applicable according to government rules.

Salary for CSIR Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification for CSIR Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get Pay Level -06 for the post of Technical Assistant (Group III) and Pay Level -02 for the post of Technical (Group II).

Selection Procedure for CSIR Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification for CSIR Recruitment 2023, the candidates as recommended by the screening committee will be invited for a trade or skill test in the relevant area. Those who qualify for the test will be invited to a competitive OMR/computer-based objective-type multiple-choice question which consists of three papers Papers I, II, and III Paper I will be qualifying in nature The candidates’ marks in papers II and III will serve as the basis for preparing the final merit list.
