Overview:

Dream 11 is hiring an experienced Consultant – Quality Analyst at their Mumbai location. You will achieve daily audit targets of the team across Emails, Calls & Chats and will be handling disputes and calibration sessions with internal and external teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with internal/external training & operations teams to bridge process gaps
• Using statistical methods to find RCA and solve issues improving quality benchmarks
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifiers:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst
• Experience in executing audits for outsourced vendor partners
• Basic knowledge of Excel
