  • In Case of One Person Company (OPC)
    • words “(One Person Company)” below the name
  • In Case Company had changed its name in last 2 years
    • Mention Old Name / Names till 2 years

3. Corporate Identity Number (CIN)

6. Fax

7. Website

8. Paid-up Capital

  • Only, if company has mentioned Authorised Capital

9. GST No.
