The selected candidate for EdCIL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged on contractual basis for a period of 02 years, which may be extended by 1 year at a time upto a maximum tenure of 5 years. i.e., 2+1+1+1 years for providing high quality services on specific projects as per the requirement of MoE and performance of the individual.
