Executive, Sr. Executive Vacancy at OLX

Overview:

OLX is hiring an experienced Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts Receivable – Ad Sales at their Gurugram location. You will arrange RO (release order) from agencies Clients once the business is confirmed by the sales Team.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Check and verify the details of the customer to avoid post service issues.
• Check available payment terms before accepting the business & arrange necessary approvals if required
• Prepare IO (Insertion Order) and share with client for sign and stamp as a documentary proof.
• To share all relevant documents with operations team to ensure timely and smooth execution of campaign.
• Verify and submit the invoices to agencies / clients. Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies and GST regulations.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for,
• Month end reconciliation between billing & accounting
• Prepare accruals every month to ensure timely reporting of expenses.
• Handling audit queries as and when required.
• MIS reporting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Ensure there are negligible to no billing disputes.

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong mathematical skills
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management and detail orientation
• Proficiency with Google Drive & MS Excel
• Ability to keep company and partner confidences
