Sardar Swaran Singh National Institute of Bio-Energy (SSS-NIBE) is recruiting suitable candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow and Post Doctoral Fellowship.

Age Limit for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023:

The age criteria for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023 are given below-

• The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of 31.08.2023 to apply for the post of JRF.
• The maximum age limit is 35 years as on the date of 31.08.2023 to apply for the post of Post Doctoral Fellowship.

Qualification for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023:

The required qualification to apply for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023 is given below-

For JRF-

• The candidate must have 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.E./B.Tech. (Degree in Chem. Engg., Mech. Engg., Agri. Engg., Civil Engg., Biochem. Engg., Energy Engg., Environmental and allied engineering subjects or must have 60% marks in M.Sc. (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology and allied science subjects) and GATE/NET qualification as applicable.

For Post-Doctoral Fellowship-

• The candidate must have a Doctorate (PhD) degree or have 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.E/M.tech with published work in peer-reviewed journals (SCI/Engg.)/patents in the field of renewable energy or relevant field of science and engineering.

Salary for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-

• The chosen candidates for the post of JRF will be given a monthly salary of Rs.31000 with HRA as admissible or a Hostel Facility if available.
• The chosen candidates for the post of Post-doctoral fellowship will be given a monthly salary of Rs.47000 with HRA as admissible or a Hostel Facility if available.

Tenure for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of JRF will be appointed for a period of 02 years, but extendable for one more year on the basis of assessment and the selected candidates for the post of Post-Doctoral Fellowship will be appointed for a period of 01 year.

Selection Process for SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023:

The selection of SSS-NIBE Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a personal interview by a committee under the Chairmanship of the Director General, SSS-NIBE. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The screening of the application form for the First Round and Second Round is 31/08/2023 and 31/12/2023.
