For Store Keeper Grade-I-

The person serving under the Central Government:

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• Holding the posts carrying Pay Level 2 in the Pay Matrix with six years of regular service in the grade. AND
• The candidate should have Three years of experience in handling Stores and keeping accounts in a store in any recognized firm or Central or State Government Organization or Public Sector Undertaking.

For Sarang Lascar-

The person serving under the Central or State Government:-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• Holding the posts carrying Pay Level 1 in the Pay Matrix with eight years of regular service in the grade. AND

Possess the following qualifications-

• The applicant must have a Certificate of Competency as Sarang from a recognized Government Institute or equivalent.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have 02 years of experience as Sarang in charge of a Vessel of twenty Horse Power.

Salary for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

The candidates who are selected for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 will get a monthly salary on Pay Level-04 in the Pay Matrix.

Tenure for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 03 years. The place of posting for the post of Store Keeper Grade-I is Chennai and for the post of Sarang Lascar is Karaikal.
