HSBC is hiring an experienced Associate Relationship Support Manager – Business Banking at their Gurugram location. You will Own, manage & service the customers end to end on all the Transaction and banking requirements including KYC Remediation adhering to FCC, AML & Sanction guidelines for the Given portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve them digitally, migrate to Digital and this portfolio to have least manual Transacting clients ,elevate these relationships to higher wallet share. (MONTH END UPDATE TO BE PROVIDED)
• Exit relationship which pose higher risk (MONTH END UPDATE TO BE PROVIDED)
• Daily 5 customer meeting (physical/ virtual) to be recorded on CME

Requirements

• Graduate
• A high level of communication/coordination skill is also required as the jobholder must interact with both clients and internal departments (i.e. Client Management)
