• The candidate should have an M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 14 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR
• The candidate should have 12 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institute in the subject of speciality after obtaining the Degree of M.Ch./D.M. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR
• The candidate should have 11 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality for the candidates possessing 3 years of recognized Degree of D.M/M. Ch in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Essential for Non-Medical Candidates-

• The candidate should have a Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master’s degree in the discipline/allied subject.
• The candidate should have a Doctorate degree from a recognized University in the concerned discipline.

Experience–

• The candidate should have 14 years of teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.

For Additional Professor-

Essential for Medical Candidates-

• 1 to 2 same as for Professor (Medical).

Experience-

• The candidate should have 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Essential for Superspeciality disciplines-

• Same as Professor (Medical).
• The candidate should have a D.M. in the respective discipline/subject for medical superspecialities and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject for surgical superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

• The candidate should have 08 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./ M.Ch. • The candidate should have 07 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality for the candidates possessing 3 years of recognized degree of D.M. / M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Essential for Non-Medical Candidates-

• 1 and 2 are the same as for Professor (Non – Medical).

Experience-

• The candidate should have 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.

For Associate Professor-

Experience-

Selection Process for AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025:
