Roles and Responsibility:

• Finance Analyst- Audit Lead will be responsible for mainly:
• Take charge of the overall delivery of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  Managing and leading a team of audit analysts to prepare, review and finalize audit schedules of multiple Eaton India entities
• Preparation of Financial statements under Companies Act 2013. Preparing supporting schedules as required for Statutory Audit and Transfer Pricing study. Liaising with Audit teams in resolution of audit queries and facilitating smooth completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
• Tax Audit – Prepare the Tax Audit schedules, TDS reconciliation and get the same audited from external auditors. Provide additional support as required by the tax team for filing of the tax returns.
• MVAT Audit – Preparation of the data, reconciliation with the Audited Financials and get the same audited from the external auditors as required under MVAT Audit as per MVAT Act, 2002. • Review and guide other team members for preparation of schedules, cash flow statement, notes to accounts, accounting policy and financial statements for manufacturing and software companies for statutory audit. Along with this team member should himself / herself work on similar activity for other entity.
• Review work of team member and prepare tax audit annexures for tax audit including Form 3 CD
• Update on timely manner audit status update to all stake holders and highlight the issues on timely manner along with the resolution.
• Independently lead statutory and tax audit of private limited company, coordinate with external auditors for audit completion and query handling, other Eaton Finance team, tax team for data requirement, query resolutions etc
• Review and prepare or update Internal Financial Control documents, risk control matrix etc as per company process
• Review and prepare tax computation, MAT and deferred tax working independently and also support on other tax related working
• Review and preform inventory valuation for manufacturing company, perform stock count
• Review and perform book closure activity as per audited financial statements
• Prepare, update audit plan, audit strategy, allocation of work, weekly work update to Team Lead and guide and review work done by
  team if any
• Prepare or update fixed asset register,
• Reconcile fixed asset register, reserves and critical accounts as per IGAAP and US GAAP
• Represents as the primary contact point and support company assigned for audit to resolve internal/external and escalated queries
• To collate and where necessary produce/analyze statistical data/reports as required
• Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical”

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• Should have Chartered Accountant Degree
• Should have 5-6 years

Skills:

• Experience in audit firm ( Big 4 preferrable)
• sound communication skills
