• Candidates must have Graduation/post graduation degree from a UGC recognized university.

For Office Attendent-

• Candidates must have done Matriculate.
• Candidates must have be able to read and write the Local Language preferred.
• Candidate must have preferably be permanent resident of District where the RSETI is located.

For Faculty-

• Candidate must have done Graduation.
• Candidate must have a flair for teaching and possess sound computer knowledge.
• Candidate must have done 2 years in house faculty or visiting faculty.

For Office Assistant-

• Candidate must be Graduate with basic knowledge of Computer.
• Candidate must have Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred Qualification.
• Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written local language.

Tenure for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidate for Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for the mentioned tenure.

For Councellor-

• Candidates will be engaged for 01 year and renewal of the contract may be possible at bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules

For Faculty, Officer Assistant and Officer Attendent-

• Candidates will be engaged for 02 years and Provision for further renewal, based on the satisfactory performance / conduct/ behavior and for a maximum period of 5 years including initial 2 years subject to maximum age of 65 years.
