• The candidates should be Members of Group “A” Accounts Service of the Government of India with overall 25 years of post – qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit and setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems.
• Officers should have worked at least for a period of 2 years in level 14 of the 7th CPC or Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) (with Grade Pay of Rs.10000 in Pay Band 4 of CDA Grade of Rs. 37400-67000 (pre-revised) or higher.

Applicant from PSU’s-

• The candidates should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or a Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or a 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.
• The candidates should have an overall 25 years of post-qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit and setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems. Should have worked at least 5 years in GM level or higher and should have worked at least 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000 or Rs 51300-73000 (Pre-revised IDA) or higher. For internal candidates, he/she should have worked at least 5 years in the GM level or above and drawing a pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000 at least for a period of one year from the date of advertisement.

Applicant from Private Sector-

• The candidates should be a Graduate and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or a 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute.
• The candidate should have overall 25 years of post -qualification experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Accounting, Audit and setting up of Financial, Accounting and Audit Systems.
• The candidates should have worked in companies where a project size of not less than Rs.1000 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.200 Crore in the last 3 years for which the documentary proof of the company’s Project size/turnover to be uploaded online along with experience proof.
• The candidates should have worked at least 5 years out of total years of experience in GM level or level reporting directly to a Director on the Board i.e. one level below Board level for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable Experience-

• Candidates with experience of at least 1 year at the Director level will be preferred.
• The candidates should have experience in handling HR, Planning and Business Development and raising capital from markets will be an added advantage.

Salary for CMRL Recruitment 2024:

The chosen candidates for CMRL Recruitment 2024 will be provided a monthly salary of Rs. 180000 – 340000 will be as under-

Tenure for CMRL Recruitment 2024:

The appointment is made on a Deputation / Contract basis and the candidates who are selected for CMRL Recruitment 2024 will be appointed for a period of 05 years or till the age of superannuation (i.e., 62 years) whichever is earlier.
