Overview:

Meesho is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Branding at their Bangalore location. You should possess experience across talent brand building/marketing/communications, including exposure to employer branding/communications.  This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of employer branding principles. You should possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with influence, and develop scalable solutions. You will work with business unit leaders and HR stakeholders to define the roadmap roadmap for employer branding and execute the same to achieve our employer branding goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Talent branding strategies that enable Meesho to become an employer of choice
  • Create relevant,  engaging content for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and internal communications channels
  • Liaison with Business stakeholders and the Internal HR team for successful implementation of talent branding initiatives.
  • Own and manage Meesho’s Glassdoor
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and fit-for-purpose messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Manage Talent branding social media content including Glassdoor page management
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to track the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure the creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback.

What you will need

  • 4 to 6 years experience in Talent Branding/ Employer Branding role, preferred in e-commerce or fast-growing startups.
  • Exceptional communication skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of managing multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Organized and efficient – Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of managing external vendors (preferred).
