Overview:

Uber is hiring an experienced Manager, Business Operations at their Gurgaon location. In this high impact role, they will work collaboratively with various partners to ensure we deliver the right message, to the right audience, and at the right time. The Manager will partner with regional and global teams to build outstanding campaigns at scale. They will also drive a rigorous experimentation plan and be responsible for reporting the results of campaigns to stakeholders and leadership.

This role will involve extensive stakeholder management – both external and internal. Earners are our most valued stakeholders, and this person would have to embody being the true ‘Voice of Uber’. Engaging and interacting with Earners, opinion shapers and external bodies will be key. Internally, this role involves substantial cross-functional collaboration across operations, support, product, marketing, business development, legal, policy, and communications to move forward with vision development, project and strategy execution. This role will also work closely with top leadership, taking their inputs on and delivering strategy redefining the thinking around how Uber aims to be the Best Platform for Earners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end CRM strategies and campaigns focused on Earner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to understand and execute against strategic business goals while representing and maintaining the CRM agenda.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that improve earner engagement.
• Establish, report on, and improve critical metrics for all campaigns / communication. Play-booking and documentation, keeping in mind that the takeaways from today will pave the way for growth in the region.
• Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM expert. Partner with our deployment, content and creative teams to craft and launch complex automated campaigns using our internal and external tools to a global user base.

What the Candidate Will Need

• Minimum of 3+ years proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
• A fervent curiosity about technical solutions and how a tech stack can empower CRM. Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
• Experience with incentivized and engagement focused campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.
• Desire to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, working collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
