For Deputy General Manager (Administration)-

• The candidate should have a Degree from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 09 years of experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 [Rs.15600-39100] with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which 04 years experience in Administration / Establishment / Human Resource / Personnel Management.

For Deputy General Manager (Legal)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 09 years of experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100- 177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which 06 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration / legislative matters/land acquisition.

For Deputy General Manager (Technical)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 06 years’ experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways Roads and Bridges.

For Manager (Technical)-

• The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 03 years of experience in the implementation of Infrastructure Sector Projects related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

Tenure for NHAI Recruitment 2024:

The engagement is made on a deputation basis and the chosen candidates for NHAI Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 03 years which may be extended for another 02 years with the approval of the Chairman, NHAI. Further extension beyond 5th year and up to a maximum of 10 years will be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.
