For Counselor FLCC –

• The candidate should have Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable-

• The candidate should be Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer /Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers /Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

For Faculty/Office Assistant-

• The candidate should have a degree of Post-graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc (Agri.)/BA with B.Ed. etc.
• The candidate should have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.

Desirable-

• The candidate should be Retd. Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having
  experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.

For Office Assistant-

• The candidate should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have Knowledge in basic accounts and book keeping.

Tenure for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

• The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of 01 year.

Salary for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

For Faculty-

• The candidate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 20000 per month.

For Office Assistant-

• The candidate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 12000 per month.

For FLCC-

• The candidate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 15000.

Eligibility Criteria for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
• The candidate should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
• The candidate should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• The candidate should be well conversant with local language.
• The candidate should have retired from Scale-II & above for FLCs.
• The candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.

For Faculty-

• The candidate should be well conversant with local language.

For Office Assistant-
