Experience-

For Jr. Human Resource Officer –

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with a PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. A degree in Law will be an added advantage.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum of 03 years.

For Jr. Finance Officer-

• The candidate should have a Cost and Works Accounts (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. OR
• The candidate should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. OR
• The candidate should have 02-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance / Accounts from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying examination; [OR] iv.
• The candidate should have a full-time MMS with specialization in Finance / Accounts from a recognized university, deemed university, or institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying for examination. OR
• The candidate should have 02 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from an Institute recognized by AICTE with 60% aggregate marks qualifying examination

Experience–

• The candidate should have experience of a minimum of 03 years.
