Qualification Required for BEML Recruitment 2024:

For Management Trainee/Officer-

• The candidate should have Diploma in Industrial Safety recognised by Department of Factories with First Class Degree in Engineering.
• The candidate should have Final year Master’s Degree in Industrial Design/ Product Design/ Transportation too are eligible.

For Assistant Manager-

• The candidate should have Diploma in Industrial Safety recognised by Department of Factories with First Class Degree in Engineering.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & Design for Assembly (DFA)
• The candidate should have Understanding of Engineering Design drawings.
• Ability to translate concept drawings to manufacturing drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of machines and tools.
• Knowledge of raw materials and their engineering properties, production processes, costs, quality control for maximizing the efficient manufacture.
• Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, drawings and models.
• Knowledge of Graphic communication.
• A basic understanding of Visual aesthetics in print /layout forms form, color ,etc.
• Knowledge to evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical.
• Form generation in terms of hand sketches and on relevant software /digital platforms such as Rhino, SolidWorks.
• Rendering of simple to complex surfaces on Catia, Alias, PTC Creo, SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of documentation software such as InDesign(ID), CorelDraw, Photoshop
