Barclays is hiring an experienced Personal Banker at their Delhi location. You will be handling customer queries effectively and efficiently, understanding and analyzing customer needs and listening actively and establishing rapport with our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

•  Servicing Customer’s requirement through effective questioning and leveraging the tools and processes to service their need / requirement
• Adhering to compliance regulations and security policies

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent track record during past work experience
• Last – year PD rating of Strong or above
• Should not be on active CAP/DAP

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Should have 2-3 years of work experience in hospitality industry, preferably contact centre operations in customer service
• Effective communication, including Comprehension & questioning skills,
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.
• MS Office Applications
• Ability to comprehend given set of instructions and apply the same for day to day transaction processing
• Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment with variable shift patterns
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent oral & Written communications skills
• Focus on the customer and a positive, professional attitude
