Whirlpool is hiring an experienced A/P Associate at their Gurugram location. Responsible for managing & governing AP accounting activities: Invoice Processing, GRIR, Blocked Invoices, leading improvement projects, managing new process transitions & supporting the MIS requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing (Direct & Indirect)
• Goods Received, Invoices to-be Received (Open GRNs) Management
• KPI delivery
• Project management & support liaison
• Transition support
• Dashboard Reporting
• Vendor Reconciliations
• Debit balance management
• Compliance management for the process
• Query management

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: B-COM / M-COM
• Shared Services A/P Process Experience
• 3-5 Years
• AR/R2R knowledge would be an edge.
• US based stakeholder management is essential
• Preferred Skills and Experiences:
• Good Accounting knowledge
• SAP Working Knowledge
• Excel
• Excellent Communication (Verbal /Written)
• Transition Experience (preferred, but not a must)
• Lean Certified (preferred, but not a must)
• Excellent Communication
• E2E AP Process knowledge
• Ability to navigate in a highly matrix organization
• Ability to manage multiple Stakeholders & expectation setting
