Overview:

GoDaddy is hiring an experienced Growth Analyst at their Hyderabad location. This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. Roles and Responsibilities

• Build detailed solutions for a) reporting A/B test and experimentation results; b) building business cases; and c) business performance reporting and related recommendations
• Identify and accelerate the levers that drive profitable growth by developing attribution models, consumer behaviour models, and data-driven insights
• Provide revenue optimisation recommendations by conducting in-depth analytics, including clustering, to drive personalization for marketing efforts (e.g., product, price, promotion, place)
• Deliver clear and relevant analyses, including Tableau dashboards. Show results in easy-to-understand visualisations that improve decision-making quality and increase decision-making velocity
• Lead exploratory analyses with limited supervision, including identifying appropriate datasets, writing data queries, and cross-validating findings

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3+ years of work experience in an analytics role
• Expert proficiency in data querying languages SQL and Hive as well as cloud computing platform AWS
• Expertise communicating data in visualisation tools like Tableau
• Proven track record to decide appropriate analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights
• Command over analytical techniques such as linear regression, binary classification, clustering, time series forecasting, and multi-variate experimentation
