Overview:

Logitech is hiring an experienced Customer Supply Chain Analyst at their Chennai location. You will be an important piece of the puzzle in the Customer Supply Chain organization to support the company’s accelerating growth. Based out of Chennai, you will directly contribute to the revenue growth of the Emerging Markets.  You will be responsible to actively engage customers to achieve business and supply chain objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Influence and build a collaborative relationship with customers
• This role requires direct engagement with the customers to understand their strategic value and to our business. To be effective in cultivating and nurturing the relationship, you will need to understand customer priorities, their sales and inventory targets, and their supply chain. We rely on you to negotiate and influence customers and translate strategic priorities into operational execution. You are also responsible to highlight issues and take proactive actions to address customer concerns.
• Actively engaging with the sales organisation on sales activities and executing the Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) process with key partners
• This requires a disciplined structured approach to attain weekly cadence.  It also includes developing a forward looking insight by leveraging on data analytics and market knowledge.  The outcome is an integrated and accurate sales plan developed in tandem with internal and external stakeholders which in turn contributes to best operational performance.

Continuous Improvement in Processes:

• A continuous improvement mindset is required to keep our processes adaptable to ensure business needs are met while also establishing best in class processes to deliver on supply chain metrics such as cost, service, inventory, and cycle times. You are expected to identify any gaps or opportunities for improvements, to lead and implement project initiatives either internally or externally to drive process improvements or automation.

Operations Management:

• From management of customer orders to the final delivery, the role involves the end-to-end execution to ensure smooth operations and continuous supply pipeline to the channels. Throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction to Phase Out of old models, you must ensure the timeliness and right sizing the inventory in the various channels.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills for effective communication with external customers. Experience in managing customers is required.
• Good analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development, and implementation.  Proficiency in Excel and Tableau is necessary.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes focusing on forecasting, order replenishment, and inventory management.  Knowledge on logistics and trade compliance is necessary.
• A track record of making a significant impact by collaborating effectively with local leaders and colleagues to achieve business objectives, driving process improvements, and automation to improve supply chain metrics.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
• Excellent service mindset and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and teamwork across various levels within the organisation and with external business partners.
• Ability to keep informed and up-to-date about Logitech’s business, its products, mixed with an excitement about what Logitech is doing now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Global/multi-country business partner experience with cross functional teams preferred.
