• The candidate’s minimum age limit should be 25 years.
• The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 40 years.

Tenure for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of Indian Bank Recruitment 2024, the candidates will be hired on a contract basis for a period of 03 years initially, renewable yearly subject to satisfactory performance and extendable at the discretion of the Bank, and as such should not be construed as an offer of employment or regular employment in the Bank.

Required Qualifications and Experience for Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:

For Deputy Vice President – Credit-

• The candidate should have a CA. OR
• The candidate should have 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma) in Finance.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 7 years of Post Qualification work experience.

For Assistant Vice President – Credit-

• The candidate should have CA/ ICWA. OR
• The candidate should have 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma) in Finance.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 5 years of Post Qualification work experience.

For Deputy Vice President- Climate Risk-

• The candidate should have an Engineering graduate or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Environmental Science / Geography And / Or MBA (or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma).

Experience-

• The candidate should have a Minimum of 8 years in Bank / PSU /FIs out of which, 6 years in the field of Risk Management / Climate risk management, Environmental risk management or related field Experience in developing climate risk management / ESG policies, frameworks and procedures is desirable.
