UIDAI Recruitment 2024: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is accepting applications from skilled and capable candidates for the posts of Deputy Director (Technology) and Assistant Director (Technology). The upper age criteria for the mentioned positions is 56 years. The applicant must have experience of work in Project Management/ Procurement/RFP Preparation/ICT projects/e-governance/ networking/ Telecom/ Information Security. The period of deputation will be 05 years. The lending organisation may relieve an officer for a lesser period, as per its policy, rules/regulations, subject to a minimum of 03 years.
According to the official notification of UIDAI Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria are listed below.
For Deputy Director (Technology)-
The officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or with three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500 ), or with five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-9 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( Rs. 53100 – 167800), or with six years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( Rs. 47600 – 151100).
The Officer from a State or Union Territory (UT) Government, a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or an Autonomous Organisation, holding a regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
Desirable-
The candidates should have experience of work in Project Management/ Procurement/RFP Preparation/ICT projects/e-governance/ networking/ Telecom/ Information Security etc.
For Assistant Director (Technology) –
The officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or with 03 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 9 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( Rs. 53100 – Rs. 167800), or with 04 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs. 47600 – Rs. 151100) or with six years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-7 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs. 44900 – 142400).
The Officers from State/UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organizations holding regular posts in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
The candidate should have a 04-year degree in Engineering or Technology or a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from an Institute recognized by Govt. agencies.
Desirable-
The candidate should have experience of work in Project Management/ Procurement/RFP Preparation/ICT projects/e-governance/ networking/ Telecom/ Information Security etc.
