Overview:

Colgate is hiring an experienced Specialist, CBS HR Reporting & Analytics at their Mumbai location. This position will be responsible for supporting reporting and analytics requests for different HR systems. Ensuring appropriate handling of data and following necessary approval protocols for access to data. Position will also be responsible for continuous improvements in Reporting and Analytics, research and troubleshoot report, interface and integration related issues and develop operational reports for other CBS and COHRE teams as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Ensuring alignment to the team processes
• Ensuring SLA compliance
• Tracking and updating the task sheets of reporting and analytics
• Perform testing of new reports
• Develop operational reports to support regular activities
• Act as a domain expert on reporting for all HR technologies
• Design and build  dashboards that enable and empower business self service.
• Work in collaboration with  workforce analytics  for internal divisions/functions requirements, using people related data including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation data
• Delivering SF Employee Central  Report Training to end users
• Automations and simplifications of reports and reporting process
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to translate analysis into insightful data narratives, customized and standardized reporting.
• Use Google data studio, Google sheets/Microsoft Excel, One Model & other technologies.
• Prepare reports/presentations using Google Slides, One Model platform, and other tools to aid senior management in evidence-based decision making.
• Periodic connects with CoHRE, Business HR & HRD’s (Reporting And Analytics)
• Create and maintain Reporting Knowledge Bank
• Analyzing reporting requests and preparing monthly summaries
• Participating in Global Projects related to Reporting & Analytics & working across geographies
• Supporting and Maintenance of  Different Analytics Dashboard
• First Level support for Reporting Issues

Education, Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration or in related subject required
• Minimum of 2-3  years of HR experience
• Experience working with HR systems/ technology application desirable (working with SAP HR, SuccessFactors preferred)
• Strong data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to tell stories with data and communicate technical subject-matter to a variety of senior audiences.
