Overview:

Nokia is hiring an experienced Service Owner, Copilot for M365 and Loop in India. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and support of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Loop applications in our organization. These applications are part of the Microsoft 365 suite that enable users to create, collaborate, and communicate with AI-powered assistance.

The IT service owner will work closely with the business stakeholders, the IT team, and the Microsoft support team to ensure that the applications are deployed, configured, and maintained according to the best practices and the organizational needs. The candidate will ensure the continual improvements of these services, their governance, adoption, financials, rollout, and support throughout Nokia. This must be fully aligned with business objectives, technology roadmap, and IT strategy focusing on user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Define and implement the service strategy, roadmap, and governance for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications in alignment with the business objectives and the IT policies.
• Manage the service lifecycle, including the planning, design, transition, operation, and improvement phases, for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications.
• Monitor and report on the service performance, availability, reliability, security, and user satisfaction for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications.
• Identify and resolve any service issues, incidents, problems, or changes for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications in collaboration with the IT team, service provider and the Microsoft support team.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the end users and the IT staff on how to use and support Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications effectively and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the service budget, resources, and contracts for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience in managing service suppliers, specifically tracking performance toward statements of work or service descriptions through implementation and tracking of service levels, reporting metrics and KPIs.
• Knowledge of the Nokia IT supplier eco system and contractual structure is a strong plus.
• Passionate about technology, user experience, Artificial Intelligence, and collaboration tools
• Strong knowledge and skills in Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Loop applications, as well as other Microsoft 365 applications such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and M365 applications.
• Familiarity with Copilot for Microsoft 365 or similar AI-powered writing tools.
• Certification in ITIL, Microsoft 365, or other relevant frameworks or technologies is a plus.
• Significant experience in deploying large scale technical solutions
• Significant experience on planning and managing activities
• Agile and Continuous Delivery and methodologies, Azure DevOps
• Excellent Communications skills: Written, Verbal and ability to present material to senior, executive management teams, and training
• Ability to adapt to changing business and technology needs.
