Overview:

Goldman Sachs is seeking applications from qualified and desirous candidates for the post of Controllers – Compensation Accounting – Associate – at their Bengaluru, Karnataka, India location.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document payroll
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios for payroll functionalities
  • Perform integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing phases
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the payroll module
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation
  • Offer post-go-live support and resolve any issues that arise during the stabilization period
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Monitor system performance and optimize payroll processes for efficiency
  • Creating OTBI Reports
  • Good presentation and communication skills

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computers (BE/B.Tech) or BCA/MCA.
  • 3-6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, with a focus on the payroll module.
  • Prior work experience of PeopleSoft (added advantage)
  • Sound knowledge of US legislative and regulatory rules for payroll
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, deductions and taxes

Preferred Qualification:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
