CBI Recruitment 2024: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is accepting applications from retired officers for the position of Consultant to work as a Pairvi Officer. The period of appointment will normally be for an initial period not exceeding one year which may be extended by another year. The performance of a person appointed on contract provided that it shall not be extended beyond 5 years after retirement. The retired police officers/officials (upto the rank of Inspectors) of the central police organization/state police with a minimum of 03 years of experience in investigation/prosecution court duty are eligible to apply for CBI Recruitment 2024.
The remuneration Central/State government retired applicants will get a fixed monthly remuneration as admissible by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. Candidates who meet the requirements for the above-mentioned post in all respects can download the application form from the official website and send it by post to CBI, ACB, Ranchi, 2, Booty Road, Morabadi, Ranchi- 834008 (Jharkhand). The amount of salary will be fixed and remain unchanged during the period of the contract. No increments and allowances are allowed during the period of the contract.
The Eligibility Criteria for CBI Recruitment 2024 is mentioned below-
Experience- Candidates must have a minimum of 03 years of experience in investigation/prosecution court duty during trail of criminal cases.
Based on the official notification of CBI Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for 01 year which is extendable by another 01 year. Beyond 2 years after the age of superannuation where adequate justification exists, the term may be extended based on a review of the task and performance. The engagement will on a full-time basis and one would not permitted to take any other assignment during the time of consultancy.
