BEL Recruitment 2024: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is seeking applications from interested and well-educated candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager E-III Grade and Deputy Manager E-IV Grade, There are only two seats open for the mentioned positions, one for each. Candidates applying for BEL Recruitment 2024 should possess a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism/Journalism/Communication/Mass Communication/Visual Communication/Marketing Communication. Selected candidates in BEL Recruitment 2024, will be offered a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 for E-III Grade and Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 for E-IV grade. Along with the basic pay some other pay allowances will also be provided.

Candidates selected in BEL Recruitment 2024 will be provided a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 for E-III Grade and Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 for E-IV grade. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities and Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.
The selection process for BEL Recruitment 2024 will be based on screening of the application and the documents submitted by the applicant. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement will be called for a Written Test (85 marks). Based on the Written Test score, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:7.
