Essential Qualification and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For Full Time Super Specialist/Part Time Super Specialist:

• The candidate must have MBBS and MD, DM/DNB (cardiology).

Experience:

FTSS (Senior Level) –

• The candidate should have 5 years experience in respective specialty after PG.

For Full Time Specialists/Part Time Specialist:

• The candidate should have MBBS and PG Degree or equivalent in concerned Speciality. For ICU, PG Degree / Diploma in Critical Care/Anesthesia/General Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. For casualties, preference will be given to Postgraduates in Critical Care. If Critical Care specialist is not available, PG Degree / Diploma in anesthesia/General medicine/pulmonary medicine or pediatrics may be considered.

Experience:

• FTS (entry-level) and PTS-PG Degree with 3 years experience or PG Diploma with 5 years experience in the respective speciality after PG.
• FTS (Senior Level) – PG Degree With 5 years experience or PG Diploma with 7 years experience in the respective speciality after PG.

For senior resident – 1 year:

• The candidate should have PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty.
  Candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS in the concerned speciality in Govt./Reputed hospitals will be considered if PG candidates are not available. PG Doctors will be given preference in the Casualty Department.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

• For FTSS, the applicants will be hired for a period of one year on contract or till regular incumbents join, whichever is earlier. Number . of Vacancies The contract will be extendable for a minimum period of 3 years based on satisfactory performance.

• For FTS, the applicants will be hired for a period of one year on contract or till regular incumbents joins, whichever is earlier. The contract will be extendable for a maximum period of 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
• For PTS, the applicants will be hired for a period of one year on the contract or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. In case of non availability of candidates in the category advertised, the post may be filled for 45 days through UR candidates.
