Southern Railway Recruitment 2024: Southern Railway is accepting applications from eligible candidates having cultural norms for filling up Two (02) posts in the Cultural Quota for the year 2024-2025 in Violin and Mridangam disciplines. Candidates applying for any of the above disciplines must possess a Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Instrumental Music in the respective discipline from a Government Institute. Candidates should have passed the 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for NTPC categories. 50% marks are not insisted upon in the case of SC/ST/ Ex. Servicemen/Persons With Disabilities (PWD) candidates and in case of candidates who possess qualifications higher than the essential minimum prescribed qualification.
