Role and Responsibilities:

• Skilled in applying python knowledge for HIL data analysis
• Experience in automation tool development using python, GUI creation & tool validation
• Experienced in developing, upgrading & integrating the existing tools in different platforms – JIRA/GitHub
• Experience in Database Management (MySQL,SQLite…)
• Experience working with Python scripting language
• Experience in JIRA defect management system
• Experience in GITHub/SVN Version Control System
• Ability to understand problems of the customer and grasp solutions from the tool
• Establish and adhere to process and artifacts management to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Understand the change Request and implement changes
• Work hand in hand with the global feature owners to make a coordinated changes
• Understand and prioritize the criticality of change and drive timely, quality delivery
• Prepare the developer test plan and develop test cases to the test the change
• Support in Peer review of work products from team members
• Update the weekly project progress status to process champions
• Mentor and motivate the team members to work as one team towards one goal
• Estimate and allocate the work across the team members
• Monitor/track the work progress periodically
• Handled / Mentored team towards a project delivery
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Eager to learn and show responsibilities towards the assigned/delivered tasks
• Experience in working with global stake holders

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/M.S [Electrical / Electronics/Computers]
