Age Limit for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

Candidates should be born between 01.01.2005 and 01.07.2008 (both dates inclusive) and are eligible to apply for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025. In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrolment should be 21 years.

Qualification for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

For Science Subjects-

• The candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
• The candidates should have passed 03 years of Diploma Courses in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic institutes with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR
• The candidates should have passed Two years of Vocational Courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

For Other than Science Subjects-

• The candidate should pass the Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination in any stream/subject from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
• The candidates should have passed two years of Vocational Courses from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Courses (or in Intermediate / Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

Salary for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

The selected candidates for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025 will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.30000 with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF) and dress and Travel allowances will be paid. Perks such as ration, clothing, accommodation and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) shall also be provided as per the existing rules.

Tenure for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

The candidates who are selected for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025 will be appointed for a period of 04 years.

Selection Process for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

The selection of Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025 will be determined on the basis of online tests. Eligible candidates will be sent admit cards for Phase I of testing on their registered e-mail IDs between 48-72 hrs prior to the examination. Candidates are required to download the admit card, take a colour printout and carry the same to the examination centre. The name of the city and exam date will be intimated to the candidates at an earlier date to enable them to plan their movement.

Phase 1-

Science Subjects-

• The total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise of Physics, Mathematics and English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus.

Other than Science Subjects-

• The total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning and General Awareness (RAGA).

Science Subjects and Other than Science Subjects-

• The total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise Physics, Mathematics and English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning and General Awareness (RAGA).

Phase-II-

• Soon after the declaration of the result of the Phase-I (Online) Test, a cut-off will be applied on the normalised marks scored by the candidates in the Phase-I Test and state-wise SHORTLISTED candidates will be sent a new Admit Card on their registered e-mail IDs for Phase-II test at a designated ASCas per their domicile category chosen at the time of registration. The candidates can download their admit cards from the official website of the India Air Force.

Examination Fee For Indian Air Force Recruitment 2025:

The examination fee of Rs. 550 plus GST is to be paid online by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/Internet Banking through a payment gateway. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions/steps given on the payment gateway, and also print/keep transaction details for their records.
