CLAT 2025 Exam: The Consortium of National Law Universities has scheduled to close the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 Exam registration window today (October 15, 2024). The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted to permit admissions into undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs in Indian institutions. The CLAT exam is administered by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) every year in India. Registrations for the CLAT 2025 Exam were begin on July 15, 2024. The CLAT 2025 Exam will be organised in offline mode on Sunday 01 December 2024 between 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Candidates belonging to the PwD category have been awarded a time extension of 30 minutes, their timing is from 2:00 to 4:30 PM.
The Consortium of National Law Universities released the CLAT 2025 Notification on July 07, 2024. The CLAT 2025 application window is open at the official website i.e., consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Candidates must register themselves for the exam before the deadline to avoid hustle at the last moment. The CLAT 2025 application fee for the General category candidates is Rs. 4,000 and for SC, ST, and BPL category candidates is Rs. 3,500. Candidates willing to register for the CLAT 2025 Exam must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examinations if wants to get admitted to undergraduate programmes and must have an LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination to get admitted to postgraduate programmes. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 exam will be organised in offline mode and will consist of a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) including questions from subjects such as English, Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Current Affairs etc. The CLAT 2025 Exam for undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes will be held on December 1, 2024. The exam will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. For candidates belonging to the PWD category timing is from 2:00 to 4:30 PM.
