IBTRD Recruitment 2024: The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is inviting applications from willing, qualified and eligible candidates for the position of Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC) at Financial Literacy Centres (FLC) in Puducherry. There is only one seat open for the above-stated position. Candidates applying for the opportunity must not exceed the maximum age of 68 years. Selected candidates for the specified position will be provided monthly remuneration of Rs.18000 in addition to extra benefits and allowances. Candidates applying must be fluent in local language and English. Selection of candidates will be based on an Interview and will be placed in Puducherry, according to the official notification.
As mentioned in the official notification of IBTRD Recruitment 2024, the chosen applicants will be engaged on a contractual basis for the duration of two years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract once a year and extendable for a further three years based on the performance.
