For the post of Additional Professor:

• Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification i.e., MD (Anesthesia) of an India university/institute by the Medical Council of India or an MCI-recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.

• Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of Specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Anesthesiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

For the post of Professor:

• Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification i.e., MD (Anesthesia) of an India university/institute by the Medical Council of India or an MCI-recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.

Based on the official notification of AIIMS Bilaspur Recruitment 2024, the initial period of Deputation will be for three years, extendable/ curtailable as per the discretion of the competent authority. The terms of Deputation are further governed by MoHFW OM dated 20th November 2017, which amongst others states the following:

• Faculty drawn from Institutes of National Importance and Government Medical Colleges may be recruited on Deputation.
• The Deputation can be a maximum of 7 years. As of now, the initial Deputations are being considered for 3 years, as the Institute is in the establishment phase which may be further extendable as per provisions.
• Terms of Deputation shall be regulated by relevant DoPT OM and Government of India Instructions, and Circulars/orders from MoH&FW, from time to time
