AVNL Recruitment 2024: Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited (AVNL) is inviting offline applications from eligible and motivated superannuated employees for the posts of Senior Project Manager and Junior Project Manager in various disciplines. These disciplines include ( Maintenance, Production, Design & Development) (Equivalent Rank of Lt. Col). About the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2024, The engagement of superannuated employees is purely a temporary and ad-hoc engagement for a fixed term to meet temporary functional requirements. Selection of candidates will be done through shortlisting and interviews.
Following the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2024, there are a total of 06 seats are open for the aforementioned designation. The initial period of the contract will be 02 years and may be extended up to 02 years on a requirement basis (Subject to satisfactory performance). Candidates chosen for the position of Senior Project Manager will be paid a total consolidated remuneration of Rs.1,10,000 or Last Basic Pay Minus Pension, whichever is Lower The amount of remuneration shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the contract. Those selected for the position of Junior Project Manager will be paid Rs 60,000 or the Last Basic Pay Minus Pension, whichever is Lower. The amount of remuneration shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the contract.
