NALCO Recruitment 2024: The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is looking for eligible candidates for various posts in the Non-Executive cadre for S&P Complex, Angul and M&R Complex, Damanjodi. There are a total of 518 vacancies of Laboratory, Operator, Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation/Instrument Mechanic, Geologist, HEMM Operator, Mining, Mining Mate, Motor Mechanic, First Aider, Laboratory Technician Gr III, Nurse Gr III, Pharmacist Gr III. The place of posting will be in NALCO’s establishments anywhere in India or abroad or any of the subsidiaries/joint ventures/business associates of NALCO and is transferable as per the organizational requirement.
The selected candidates for NALCO Recruitment 2024 may be assigned jobs/functions/ assignments related to their area as per the requirements of the Company including shift operation. The candidate should be in the age group of 27 years to 35 years as per the posts (see below). The selection of the candidates will be made based on their performance in the Computer Based Test. The selected candidates for NALCO Recruitment 2024 will be assigned to work in NALCO’s establishments anywhere in India or abroad or any of the subsidiaries/joint ventures/business associates of NALCO and are transferable as per the organizational requirement. The selected candidates may be assigned jobs/functions/ assignments related to their area as per the requirements of the Company including shift operation.
The candidates who are selected for NALCO Recruitment 2024 will be required to undergo a training period of 12 months.
The candidates will be selected for NALCO Recruitment 2024 on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT). The question shall be on respective technical (Domain) subjects (60%) and general awareness (40%).
