• The selected candidates will given Rs.24480 as fixed monthly emoluments + 15% (As reimbursement of conveyance expenses) of fixed monthly emoluments = Rs.28152 per month.

Eligibility Criteria for HCL Recruitment 2024:

For Chargeman (Electrical)-

• The applicant must have a minimum experience of 20 Years in Electrical line out of which a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Chargeman (Electrical) /Supervisor (Electrical) in underground metalliferous mines.

For Electrician ‘A’-

• The applicant must have a minimum experience of 20 Years in Electrical line out of which a minimum of 10 years of experience as an electrician.

For Mining Mate-

• The applicant must have a minimum experience of 20 Years in a Mine out of which a minimum 10 years of experience as a Mining Mate in underground metalliferous mines.

Tenure for HCL Recruitment 2024:

The official notification of HCL Recruitment 2024 states that the selected candidates will be engaged for a period as given below-

For Chargeman (Electrical), Electrician ‘A’ and Electrician ‘B’-

• The selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of 06 months. May be extended up to 03 months.

For Mining Mate-

• The selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of 01 year. May be extended, however, the total duration of such engagement shall be in no case more than 05 years and shall be subject to the prescribed upper age limit of 65 years.
