Educational Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

For Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists:

• Candidates must hold a Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned speciality from a recognized University with three (03) years experience after Post Graduate Degree/DNB and five (05) years experience after Diploma. Candidate must be registered with the Central /State Medical Council.

For Senior Residents:

• Candidates must hold an MBBS degree with a Post Graduate degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned speciality from a recognized university. Candidate must be registered with the central / state medical council. Candidates possessing at least 2 (Two) years of working experience after completing MBBS in the concerned speciality/ discipline may also appear in the walk-in interview and shall be considered if no PG/Diploma candidate appears in the identical speciality.

For Part-Time Homeopathy Physician:

• Candidates must hold a Degree in Homeopathy from a Recognized University/Statutory State Board/Council or equivalent recognized under the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973). Enrolment on the Central Register of Homeopathy or a State Register of Homeopathy.

Remuneration for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

The candidates chosen in ESIC Recruitment 2025, as per the official notification can be paid monthly remuneration upto Rs. Rs. 1,23,485. Below are the details related to the pay scale:

For Full-Time/Part-Time Specialists:
Full-Time Specialist (Junior Specialist):

• The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs 1,23,485 per month.

Part-Time Specialist:

• The selected candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60000 plus (Rs. 15000/- for visiting charge in case of an Emergency call); additional remuneration of Rs. 800 for every additional hour beyond 16 hrs/week.

For Senior Residents:

• The selected candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs. 67,700 in level 11 & index-1 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (GPRs 6600) and allowances applicable under ESIC rules and scheme of Senior residency. It is stated that an amount of Rs. 1350 will be deducted if the Senior Resident possesses only a Diploma and a deduction of Rs. 2250 will be made if the Senior Resident concerned does not possess a diploma/degree.

For Part-Time Homeopathy Physician:

• The selected candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000 per month (5 hours per day and six days a week).

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

Based on the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2025, candidates hired for the opportunity be placed for the below time periods:

• Full Time/Part Time Specialists will be placed on a contractual basis for the time period of three years subject to renewal/extension every year or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier.
• Senior Residents will be placed on a contractual basis for the time period of three years under the ESIC Residency Scheme subject to renewal/ extension every year.
• Part-Time Homeopathy Physicians will be placed on a contractual basis for the time period of one year subject to renewal/extension every year or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier.
