IIM Shillong Recruitment 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong is recruiting eligible and capable candidates for the positions of Office Assistant, Research Associate, and Research Assistant on a contractual basis. There are a total of 05 seats open for the aforementioned role, 01 Vacancies for the position of Office Assistant, 02 Vacancies for the Research Associate Post, and 02 vacancies for the Research Assistant Post. Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant will get a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40000, and Rs .45000 for the Research Associate post, and Rs. 35000 for the Research Assistant post. Candidates applying for the opportunity must possess a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in the relevant fields.
The maximum age limit of candidates must be 40 years for the Office Assistant post and 35 years for the posts of Research Associate and Research Assistant.
