Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL) is hiring for eligible candidate to fill out the post of Assistant General Manager (Design), Manager (Machinery),Deputy Manager (Machinery Outfit), Deputy Manager (Planning and Project Management) and Deputy Manager (Hull).  As per the official notification of UCSL Recruitment 2025,  there are 05 vacancies for the assigned position.

Application Fee for UCSL Recruitment 2025:

According to the official notification of UCSL Recruitment 2025, candidate need to pay a Non Refundable Application Fee of Rs.1000, plus bank charges extra which should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking), application belonging to Scheduled caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) need not pay application fee. Place of Posting for UCSL Recruitment 2025:

Assistant General Manager (Design)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics or Naval Architecture Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable:

• Candidate should have a Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, 3D ship design software like Neupas CADMATIC, Aviva, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Manager (Machinery)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.
• Marine engineer with Class 2 certificate of competency.

Deputy Manager (Machinery Outfit)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Deputy Manager (Planning and Project Management)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Deputy Manager (Hull)

• Candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Experience for UCSL Recruitment 2025:

Candidates applying for the UCSL Recruitment 2025 must have the following experience.

Manager (Machinery)

• Applicant must have at least 09 years post qualification managerial experience in

1. Shipbuilding or
2. Ship repair or
3. Engineering companies or
4. Offshore Fabrication or
5. Petrochemical Industry or
6. Marine related Engineering companies or
7. Government / Semi Government Companies / Establishments.

• Experience shall be in the areas of Machinery outfitting/ Commissioning function.
• In case of applicants working in the regular cadre in PSUs / Government/ Autonomous bodies, one year experience shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay or equivalent. The applicants working in private sector or on contract rolls in PSUs / Government/ Autonomous bodies shall be drawing CTC (only monetary/cash part) comparable to immediate lower scale of pay of UCSL.

Desirable:

• Experience of working in an ERP /SAP/Auto CAD/ computerized environment.

Deputy Manager (Machinery Outfit)

• Applicant must have at least 07 years post qualification managerial experience in
