• Python/ Tableau/ R, other statistical/ mathematical tools, etc. for performing data modeling, analysis, dashboarding, etc.

Experience –

• The candidates should have at least 18 years of experience in a Bank /Financial Sector of which 5 to 7 years should have been in the Risk function.

Desirable Additional Experience –

• Experience in Market Risk with exposure to analytics will be an added advantage.

Salary for SIDBI Recruitment 2025:

The candidates selected for SIDBI Recruitment 2025 will be given a remuneration which would be market linked. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate. Apart from initial remuneration offered on Cost to Company (CTC) basis, there would be provision for annual increment on CTC finalized initially, which shall be considered by the Bank based on the performance review from time to time. The salary would also have a suitable variable component.

Tenure and Place of Posting for SIDBI Recruitment 2025:

The tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2025 will be carried out on a contractual on full-time basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 03 years, which may be extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to 3 years.
