BOB Recruitment 2025: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting candidates for an engagement of BC Supervisors on a contract basis. There are 05 vacancies for the assigned position. The opportunity is open in Bilaspur, Janjgir-Champa, Raigarh, and Korba districts. Candidates should be residents of Chhattisgarh State and Proficient in the Local Language. In accordance with the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2025, the candidate will be appointed initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 06 months.
The age limit for Other Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment and the maximum age for the continuation of BC Supervisors will be 65 years, for Retired Bank Employees the maximum age for the continuation of BC Supervisors will be 65 years. Selection of candidates will be done through the Interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head which will also include the Deputy Regional Manager, the Chief Manager/Officer in Charge of Financial Inclusion, and the Chief Manager/Officer. The chosen BC Supervisors will get a monthly remuneration comprising of fixed component of Rs.15000 and variable components of Rs.10000 per month. Based on the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2025, applicants who meet all of the above criteria should fill out the application form along with all relevant documents and send in a hard copy to the given address before 31.01.2025.

Renewal of Contract:
Region will review the performance of the BC supervisors on a half-yearly basis. On the basis of the performance, the contract will be renewed for the next 6 months.
