Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the positions of Senior Residents, Full Time Contractual Specialist and Full Time Contractual Super Specialist in various specialities, as per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2025, there are a total of 76 seats open for the assigned positions.

Emoluments for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

The candidates selected in ESIC Recruitment 2025 will be paid their Emoluments as per their posts. The monthly emoluments will lie between Rs. 67700 to 240000. Below is the detailed information as per various posts:

For the post of Senior Residents:

Emoluments for SR 3 Yr. under Residency Scheme:

• Candidates will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 67,700 as per level -11 of the 7th CPC matrix + other allowances per month as per rules applicable. (An amount of Rs.1350 is to be deducted if the SRs possess only a diploma degree).

Emoluments for Non-PG(MBBS) SR one-year contract:

• Candidates will be paid a total Consolidated Pay of Rs.1,44,607 per month as per the rule.

For the post of Full Time Contractual Specialist:

Full-Time Specialist on Contract Basis:

• For Junior Specialist, (Level 11; 3 Yrs. Exp. post PG as per RR) candidates will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,44,607.
• For Senior Specialist, (Level 12; 5 Yrs. Exp. post PG as per RR) candidates will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs 1,68,317.

Part-time specialist on Contract Basis:

• Part-time Contractual specialist – The selected candidates will be paid monthly remuneration of Rs 60,000 (Sixty Thousand only) as consolidated remuneration for 16 hours/week and Rs 15,000 (fifteen thousand only) extra payable for visiting charges in case of emergency call at the hospital along with Rs.800 (Eight hundred only) per hour will be paid for every additional hour beyond 16 hours per week. Timings can be adjusted as per requirements.

Qualification/Eligibility for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

The educational degrees/eligibility criteria needed to apply for ESIC Recruitment 2025 are as follows:

For Senior Residents:

• Candidates must hold a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university, registered with the Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council to be eligible for the post of Senior Resident under the Residency Scheme.

For Full-Time Contractual Specialist:

• Full-Time Specialist on Contract Basis: Candidates must hold an MBBS with a postgraduate degree/diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized University with 3 years of experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Degree or 5 Years’ experience after acquiring the Post Graduate Diploma and registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• Part-time specialist on a Contract Basis: Candidates must hold an MBBS with a  PG Degree or Diploma in a concerned speciality from a Recognized University with 3 (Three) years- of experience after acquiring a PG Degree OR a minimum of 5 (Five) experience after graduate diploma.

For Full-Time Contractual Super Specialist:

• Candidates must hold an MBBS, MD/MS/DNB degree with DM/DNB in the Concerned Super Speciality from MCI recognized Medical College and registered with the Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council with a minimum of five years’ experience in the concerned Super Speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2025:

Following the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2025, the period of engagement of chosen applicants is listed below:

For Senior Residents:

• The chosen applicants will be hired for the duration of one year and extendable for another period of one year subject to a maximum of three years.

For Full-Time Contractual Specialist:

• The chosen applicants will be hired for the duration of three years with annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance till the Regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.

For Full-Time Contractual Super Specialist:

• The chosen applicants will be hired for the duration of three years with annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance/Part-time Contractual Specialist a period of one year or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
