Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025: Bharat Petroleum is recruiting eligible, well-motivated, and desired candidates for the positions of Junior Executive (Quality Assurance) and Secretary. In reference to the official notification of Bharat Petroleum Recruitment 2025, The upper age limit of candidates applying for the opportunity must be 29 years. Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of multiple selection stages like Application Screening, Written/Computer-Based Tests, Case-Based Discussions, Group Tasks, Personal Interviews, etc. Salary of chosen candidates will lie between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000. In addition to the Basic Pay, the following will be payable: Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern, HRA (House Rent Allowance, if applicable, based on the class of city of posting), Perks and Allowances, Retirement Benefits and Performance Related Pay in line with Corporation’s policy in vogue.
